Overview<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Write an email to info@athleteupgrade.it and we will organize the return.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Refunds<\/h3>\r\n

 <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days (approximately 15 days).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time for the refund to be officially accounted for.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is recorded.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If you have done all this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us at athleteupgradeplus@gmail.com or admin@athleteupgrade.it<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at admin@athleteupgrade.it and send your item to our address.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

To return your product, contact us at info@athleteupgrade.it , we will give you all the information and possibly a return label if necessary.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

We will pay the shipping costs for returning your item during the return period (30 days)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The time it takes for the replaced product to be delivered to you may vary depending on where you live.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
